Order Commitment & Fees

Upon completion of your order, you confirm your intention to proceed with placing an order with Logic Leasing Ltd and our appointed suppliers.

Logic Leasing Ltd reserves the right to charge a Secure Order Fee (or a reasonable proportion of it) where we have commenced arranging or allocating a vehicle on your behalf and you subsequently fail to enter into the hire agreement, or, having entered into the agreement, fail to proceed with the order. In such circumstances, a Cancellation Fee of £500.00 will apply.

Consumer Cancellation

If you are a consumer and you cancel the hire agreement after it has been signed and a vehicle has been allocated, any funds paid to Logic Leasing Ltd shall become non-refundable.

Failure to Fulfil or Cancellation by Us

Where we are unable to fulfil the order, or where services are cancelled by us after commencement, Logic Leasing Ltd will issue a full refund of the Order Fee as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within 10 working days.

Events Outside Our Control

Logic Leasing Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations, including vehicle delivery, where such failure or delay is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruption, manufacturer delays, logistics constraints, component shortages.

If such an event occurs:

• We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable; and
• Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, with delivery times extended accordingly.

Supplier Confirmation

Our suppliers and/or funders will provide formal confirmation of the order shortly after submission.
